Our Packing Assistant will play a pivotal role in our new and growing business. Instacake Cards is a small but growing company based in Parksville with some work in Nanaimo occasionally. We have a part-time vacancy that would be attractive to the right person. Two days a week from 9.30 am to 5.00pm each day with some flexibility to the right candidate. More hours may be available during busy periods, moving into a full time position if business demands (and if you are able!) ...You will assist with packing greetings cards, mix cake and frostings. Using very light machinery to pack cake powder mixes, sprinkles and cake frosting. Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the commercial preparation area. Your opinion and ideas matter! We are looking for someone interested in being part of a new business, and helping us grow from the ground up! You must be able to lift up to 50lbs Mobile and active Hold a current Food Safe Certificate or be willing to obtain one Able to work on their own and/or with a small team (training in all aspects will be provided) Expected start date: 2021-04-19 Job Types: Part-time, Casual Salary: From $15.00 per hour
