The Sound Journey is used throughout the practice. The spiritual connections are simpler and more personal. The TJ is still based around the journal for 28 days of personal accountability. We will meet online each week to check in and share our challenges and successes, as live and in person as we can get right now. I will be popping on to our private Facebook group everyday as your personal coach and cheerleader.
