Our studio is once again temporarily closed effective end of day Saturday, December 12th, until January 12th, or until further directive. Thank you to those of you who have continued your pilates practice one on one, and to all of you who keep our virtual studio alive. For now, we have to stay virtual. We have added some classes during our in studio hiatus! Join Tara tonight for Essentrics, and on Thursday with Shannon for Mat! These ladies are two of Edmonton's most experienced pilates instructors, and they will have your body feeling lengthened, strong, and agile! What is Essentrics? Essentrics is a full body workout, targeting all muscles and your connective tissues, combining stretching and strengthening to tone and mobilize your body! Essentrics uses slow, large, three dimensional movement, making it suitable for all ages and for those with some physical limitations.

In compliance with today's announcement by the Alberta Government, we will be closing the studio for classes effective this Friday, November 27th. Our virtual class schedule will resume, and we hope to see you there to help keep you 'core connected'! One on one private training is available by appointment. Due to the mandate by Alberta Health Services, in studio group classes are cancelled for two weeks beginning today....Friday the 13th... This is not the news we were hoping for, but we hope to still keep you moving in other ways. Virtual classes are resuming as usual, with the addition of a few extras. The studio will remain open for private bookings!
