Throwing it back to this summer when we dropped 50 bottles of our 2018 Grand Cuvée Blanc de Blancs and Rosé deep into the ocean. We are thinking that the dark, cold and slight movement on our un-disgorged wine will bring out some amazing characteristics in each bottle! At some point next summer we will take 5 bottles out, disgorge them and list them for sale. Contact us to pre-order or sign up to our mailing list to find out when they are ready! ... We can’t even wait to taste the ocean aged vs land aged side by side!!
