You may have heard the news, we got the green light to reopen at the end of the week! We will be working hard to reschedule everyone who was booked in and start booking new appointments again. It may take a while to arrange, so we thank you for your continued patience. After much careful thought, we have decided it would be best to cancel our appointments for the remainder of this week, and close the shop until further notice. In keeping with the plan of refraining from non-essential gatherings, we must acknowledge that this applies to tattooing and piercing. Even though we practice health and safety standards that far exceed the minimum, the fact is that we must be in close proximity to our clients to do our job. We will be in touch with ...anyone who currently has a booking, and we will try to coordinate postponed appointments to the best of our ability. In the meantime, we will be answering messages through social media, and returning calls through the shop. As much as it pains us, and despite the frustration that we cannot do what we love, we must be mindful of others health and safety. More importantly, we must be mindful of those who are most at risk. In response to recent developments with the covid-19 pandemic Iron Lotus Body Art will be making a couple of changes to our daily operation procedures. The safety and health of our staff and clientele is and has always been our first priority. Starting today 03/16/2020 at 5pm: - We will be appointment only until further notice. This way we can reduce the number of clients in the studio at one time. Please call our studio to schedule.... -Our front doors will remain locked. Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment please knock loudly and one of our staff will let you in. -Only the scheduled client and 1 accompanying adult may enter. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do NOT bring minors inside the studio unless the scheduled appointment is for them. -Immediately upon entering you must use hand sanitizer and/or wash your hands. NO Exceptions. Please do not crowd the counter, and maintain a minimum of 3 feet from all other people. -We don’t have any type of cancellation fees for anyone who needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment for any reason. -As always if you aren’t feeling well or have been in contact with someone who is sick you should not get a tattoo or piercing. Please stay home and reschedule. The new policies will stay in effect until 03/31/2020 or until we change the policies, whichever comes first. Thank you.
