Our sanitization product line is growing again! Irving Disinfectant Spray began production this week at our Irving Blending and Packaging facility at home in Saint John, NB. This unscented, Health Canada-approved blend is an effective germ and virus killer designed to be used in commercial and industrial settings, such as cleaning tables at our Big Stop Restaurant. Following the release of our Irving Hand Sanitizer, which now comes in smaller bottles, it’s the latest way we’re continuing to innovate to meet the needs of our customers.

It’s #GivingTuesday and over the past few months, our employees have continued to find ways of putting their good energy in action even while we’re apart. From sewing and donating face masks, to virtual school supply drives, to safely volunteering at local charities, our support for the communities we love has remained strong throughout 2020. This year, including company-match, our employees have generously donated more than $83,000 to causes they care about through our... Good Energy in Action program. Throwback to 2000, when our King of Cats refinery upgrade project brought more than 3,500 tradespeople on site. The $1-billion project led to the commissioning of what is known as our Resid Cat Cracker one of the largest of its kind at 76 meters high and 340 meters long allowing us to produce low-sulphur gasoline and diesel. #ThrowbackThursday

Not all heroes wear capes. Every time brothers Dane and Pete of Charlottetown, PEI, see an Irving Energy truck, they think it might be Donnie Myers, a Professional Driver who delivered propane to their cottage this summer. The pair are so enthralled with Donnie, we sent them a few surprises that just happened to arrive in time for their October birthdays.... To them, Donnie is the real hero, says their father Jon. We love spreading good energy in the communities we serve.

Jacob et sa famille doivent se déplacer souvent pour des rendez-vous médicaux au CHU de Québec-Université Laval à Québec. C’est pourquoi le programme Faites ...le plein d’amour les a soulagés d’un poids. Toutes les petites choses s’accumulent , affirme Véronique, mère de Jacob et de Zoé.
