A driver was already having a bad Saturday after being pulled over, but little did he know Victoria's top cop would come to his window. The driver was fined $575 for flicking a lit cigarette out their car.
HAVE YOU SEEN THIS BABY GOAT?! It is with utter shock and disbelief that I have to post this... Yesterday from 1-3pm we @ Yellow Point Farms opened ou...r farm to the public for baby goat schnuggles, a popular and well received event. It was one of the best turnouts yet, with upwards of 50 people attending. However, after the event we noticed this goat was missing! He was there before it started, and not there after . We have searched high and low for hours Saturday and Sunday morning as well, not wanting to believe the worst - that someone actually stole him. It is a relatively small space with not many places to hide, and there were no predators around, especially with all the people. He is only 12 days old and needs his mamas milk. She has been crying for him and it is breaking our hearts. Also, I now have to tell the lovely lady who reserved him that she won’t be getting her baby that she has fallen in love with already. We are hoping you as a community can keep your eyes and ears open, he is very recognizable with his gold colour, blue eyes, and many moonspots, plus a belt of white on his left side. Please share and let’s get this baby home to his mama. No questions asked, just drop him in a box even or put him in the front pasture. This has left us feeling violated and seriously questioning ever opening up to the public again. Yellow Point Farms, Family Farm in Ladysmith, British Columbia *additional pictures in comments

Type 81 delivery van I’m not really sure where to place this so I’m kind of putting it together with the VW39 series. The Type 81 was designed in 1940 and photo...s of it appeared early 1941. The chassis seems to be of Kubelwagen origin and so is the exhaust system. The body is a mystery though as it could be based on a VW39 but looking at the only known to me interior shot the body could in fact be an earlier VW38 from the later series. It has the VW38 shift pattern in the right hand side pod (which in itself means little) but interestingly it has strange oversized heater outlet flaps in the lower corners of the windscreen. The only place I’ve seen such is on a VW38 car where Porsche was experimenting with heater air directed at the windscreen. This may mean that the body did not originally have windscreen heater outlets or the outlets have been modified for some reason, maybe to compensate for larger interior volume of the panel van? Impossible to say. One thing for sure that at this time Porsche was re-purposing some of the earlier bodies and turning them into other types of vehicles such as this Type 81. See more
