The paper titled General manager successors in local-market-seeking subsidiaries of MNEs: A multiple-case analysis" has been judged to be one of the *best* accepted papers in International Management Division, 2021 Academy of Management Meeting. In this paper, our very own Ivey PhD Candidate Liang (Arthur) Li, Ivey’s professor Paul Beamish and Andreas Schotter discuss how to manage general manager change in foreign subsidiaries of multinational enterprises. PhD Student Naryoung Yu and Professors Dominic Lim and Eric Morse examine the impact the pandemic has had on growth-oriented SMEs. They believe that leaders from these organizations will benefit from using the dynamic resource system model to evaluate how external factors (i.e. #COVID-19) affect their strategic, physical, financial, human and organizational resources. In addition to assisting them to determine which require intervention to balance the resource system in their organizations. Check out their latest pub: http://dx.doi.org/10.1177/0266242620950159
