Tip of the day: when using a "what do I qualify for mortgage calculator", remember to use the qualifying rate of 4.79% not the rates that you see advertised. Using these type of calculators are also misleading because they do not put in the necessary numbers that mortgage lenders require. Always get pre-approved with a mortgage broker.
