They are here!!!! So excited to be using these in some specialty class in May and June and then in our regular classes after that! I have a few extra bands if you want to purchase them!!!

Here we are in a new year 2021 .... let us start this year off with some positivity, so tell me something good that happened to you in 2020!!

As we close out 2020 and to say it has been challenging for everyone, is an understatement. Here is to 2021 which will be a new start! Let's leave the past behind and move forward together stronger than before!! A big THANK YOU for all your continued support!! xo
