Jeff Leung Regional Councillor Candidate for Markham

coincidentally when i took photos of regional councillor candidate‘s sign, the sun shined thru the tree making Jeff‘s campaign sign has shining effect -- could Jeff be the new shinning star ?

Thanks to HKCBA for the great video from last year’s National Conference in Vancouver. The video shows some of the design work our design firm does. Hopefully I can apply some of what I have learnt over the past 20 years and bring some new ideas to our Markham City Council.

My plan is that the province take over all subways, existing and planned, and create a special zone ( which is within the province’s authority ) along the entire subway routes and location of stations where developers can build residential and commercial buildings. Development fees and property taxes will be paid directly to the province to fund the subway construction and stations.
