Client was porting his mortgage with his current lender, but the personal banker he was dealing with dropped the ball. Even though it was a port and we don’t get paid on a port, we took over and helped get the deal done. Client was super grateful and is taking me out for a beer, not to mention referring me to friends and family for the foreseeable future. Win Win
