Well home occupancy granted but still little bits n bobs to do! House was being cleaned and inspected today and we all rode out in a snow storm for it!!! Lol but well worth it!

And just like that, the Johnsons can move into their house! Occupancy granted! Yay!

We have had a great year with so many awesome sub trades to work on our home builds. We highly recommend performance west for framing. They have done excellent work for us on several jobs.

Home build in eagle site is progressing nicely! Paint on Monday!

Phase two of commercial building reno almost done- painting will be complete shortly and then we roll into phase 3 - stone work! Gonna look neat! Before and after pics so far....but the final stone will make it perfect!
