20 Years of Cranberry Almond Chicken It was Thanksgiving weekend (a long time ago) I was having a wonderful conversation with a gentleman of golden years. With his kind words he explained to me the importance of the thanksgiving tradition. Also mentioning the family values and dinners with stuffed turkey and cranberry, having importance to us all. After a good cup of coffee and a great visit with him, I went into the kitchen and created the Cranberry Almond Chicken Sauce.... To this day it is one of our bestselling and most popular dish, beside from our Weiner Schnitzel. So I personally thank Nelson K., our dear friend, for being such a wonderful influence on this recipe.
