DIMENSION!!! We did a reverse balayage on this solid highlighted blonde who was ready for a change! Not gonna lie. I find this more challenging than going from a dark to a lighter balayage look. I had to do the colour twice, because the first time the colour didn't take to her natural level 8 hair very well. And making sure there are no blotchy spots over the transition area is way harder than with lightener, I find. Anyone else with me on this??? In the end, it turned out... beautifully, but I learned something about putting demis on naturally light levels.
