Chabad Hebrew school where Judaism comes alive!!! Today at Hebrew school the kids had to roll up their sleeves, grab a shovel, and start digging! They had to solve a Passover mystery together. They were archaeologists and had to chisel away at their Pesach pyramid bricks and excavate all the missing items. Clues were cracked, codes were deciphered, and it was all put together to translate the mystery message of Pesach. It was more than 3,000 years ago that we were slaves to... Pharoah in Egypt, but history came alive as kids experienced ancient Egypt. Every child also created a handmade, embossed copper seder plate craft. It was a class full of mysteries, and the kids discovered the true meaning of the Passover seder! See more
