On December 19, 2018 I received my P1 License to practice Paralegal services. For one year, I maintained employment with Porter Law Office gaining experience with Small Claims trials and Summary Conviction representation. On November 1, 2019, I started my own business preparing for the release of the Federal Indian Day School applications and ensuring my availability to assist the community with preparing claims. I maintain my professional requirements in accordance with ...the Law Society By-Laws and remain in GOOD STANDING with the Law Society of Ontario. As such, the Ministry of the Attorney General recognizes my professional capacity as an automatic COMMISSIONER OF OATHS, not requiring me to apply for this status. Recently, it has been stated that I am not a valid guarantor to be signing the Federal Day School applications and this information is 100% false. The applications option that a guarantor can be a Notary Public or Commissioner for Taking Oaths and I fall within the Commissioner for Taking Oaths. I am asking that any person who has received a letter from Deloitte claiming I am not a valid guarantor. to please contact me and provide a copy of their letter so that I may address this accusation against Deloitte. I chose to help the community voluntarily. I truly feel that our stories need to be shared and that NO ONE should settle for less. I provide an opportunity to look into your history and identify harms. We live our lives with unhealthy coping mechanisms as a result of these harms caused during our formative years. The process I have developed does take more time than simply checking box 1 and it will require administrative searches to obtain the supporting documents, but it will give you peace of mind to know that you provided as much information as possible. This area (Six Nations/Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation) has 14 schools listed on Schedule K, that's quite a large list and eligibility ranges up to attendance at the latest 1997. The reality of our unhealthy lifestyles are not without reason, they are the result of intergenerational traumas which was ultimately the purpose of this process.

As this year comes to a closing, I am grateful for the opportunity to reflect on the progress I have made both personally and professionally. In my pursuit for life balance, I have finally felt that freedom of being balanced Mentally, Emotionally, Physically and Spiritually. That is not to say that I do not get triggered but I have the tools and supports to guide me through the hardships. This is exactly what I want my business to provide. I want JLM Professional Outsource to support the community as a guide through hardships whether I can provide consultation, representation, education, advocacy, administrative support, guidance through adversity, and referral to services that I cannot complete. The new year will bring more experience and focus into opportunities that will benefit the community.

I have officially been self employed for ONE YEAR. Even though COVID-19 pushed pause on certain opportunities for my business, I took advantage of the time to do some soul searching and to learn some new things that will benefit our community. I continue to voluntarily help applicants complete Federal Day School applications, I help Law Firms with legal research and provide the community with an access to justice, even if it is simply a referral. One thing I have yet to to...uch on, is the opportunity to provide the community with my recent knowledge on Insurance and Mutual Fund Investments. I know this sounds like sales, but I am only here to give information on how savings can be accomplished. I am here to provide assistance through adversity with the vision of being the support one needs to get through the tough stuff, because I believe we all need someone.
