It's been very wet out, but that hasn't slowed down our production team even a bit! We can't wait to show you what we're working on with OpenRoad Auto Group! On another note, we'd like to give a HUGE shout-out and say thanks to our new friends at La Taqueria for granting our team access to film in your beautiful new space here in Mt. Pleasant! This year on national Big Brothers and Big Sisters day, we teamed up with Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver to document their volunteer get-together, and share some perspectives from current "bigs". As part of this special day, some of Vancouver's most iconic buildings lit up purple in honour of the volunteers making a difference in the lives of youth across Canada. It was such a pleasure to be a part of this event and amplifying the amazing work that this organization does. #JodaCreates

On the Table BC has been taking place across the province today, and to say it's been exciting witnessing it come to life would be an understatement! We're honoured to be a part of this initiative powered by the Vancouver Foundation that has brought forward so much positivity, community building, creativity, and impactful conversations - what a day! Here at Joda, we love building community. So this past weekend had (and still has) us very excited as we held our first "artist showcase" event for the music chapter of our Vancity Feature community called, Vancity Studio. If you're not familiar with this chapter yet, it aims to bring together the music community of Vancouver, while supporting, connecting and nurturing artists. This has been such a fun opportunity and we're so looking forward to continue hosting events, creat...ing content, spotlighting talent in the city... and the list goes on! 'Like' the Vancity Studio page to stay tuned for what's to come. Also, a BIG thank you to Cafe Deux Soleils for hosting us, and to ProjectAli for photographing the evening. These things are only made possible by teams and businesses that share a passion for the community... just like us.
