a very small basement with limited options, but all in all this basement turned out to be exactly what the client wanted.

Older house with some strange issues, but we made the new space great with a custom bathroom and shower, new laundry space with proper sliding door. Added divison and created new space for the families youngest bedroom.

Full gut of the old bathroom. Installed new insulation and drywall. Custom shower with heated floors throughout the entire tiled area. River stone shower base extremely comfortable on your feet.

This basement was extremely big, there is a full wet bar, powder room, full bathroom, lounge area, exercise room, and a large tv/entertainment room.

Large space with simple design built for future use.

What a fun project out in the hills. Beautiful spot to work and home owner was great guy. When the days we're hot and long he was kind enough to bring us cold refreshments.
