Prayer is the match that is used to ignite the explosive power of the Holy Ghost in the affairs of God’s people. Prayer is one of the best free gifts we receive. There is no cost but a lot of rewards. He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Gun violence and stabbing has escalated in our nation but the army of prayer warriors must rise up like never before and travail fervently until the glory of God invades our land. Isaiah 66:8; Who has heard of such a thing? Who has seen such things? Can a land be born in one day? Or can a nation be brought forth in a moment? As soon as Zion was in labor, she also brought forth her sons. Nothing happens until humanity prays. Let us lay our Nation (Canada) of about 34 million people and your Nation or Nations lovingly at the feet of Jesus, asking for Jesus intervention in their lives. Let us pray for the 10 Provinces/ and 3 Territories of Canada. Pray for Every Nation/ States, continents villages, regions just about everything. What may we pray about regarding our Nation? 1. Pray for the leaders spiritual & governmental of your nation that God’s spirit would influence then to act justly, serve with integrity and honor high moral Standards. 1 Timothy 2:1-4; I exhort, therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and for all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 2. Pray for the churches of each Province or State, that they would be the lighthouses beaming forth the illuminating truth of God’s word. 3. Pray that pastor will experience spiritual, emotional and physical refreshing from the presence of the Lord. Let us continue to pray fervently for the divine protection of our Nation, Canada. In our Solemn Assembly on the 6th of August 2016, I was impressed to pray against imminent threats or attacks within our Nations’ 10 Provinces and 3 Territories. We invoked the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth over our Nation and specifically prayed that there would be no attack on our subways and important buildings. We specifically asked God to expose anyone with a diabolical plot against Canada. On the 11th of August on CP24 News, it was announced that Metrolinx & TTC were notified of terror treat before a known ISIS sympathizer was killed by Police (Psalm 34:7; the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them). 5. Pray for God’s kingdom to come in your home, neighborhood, city or community, and in our Nation. Matthew 6:10; Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in Heaven. 6. Pray for those who serve with denominations and Christian organizations in Canada/ other nations - that God will bless their ministry and anoint them for effective service. 7. Pray for the children of Canada and other nations that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
