Expressing gratitude helps our mental health as we cope with COVID-19. This piece was created by the Calgary AfterSchool Forest Heights students - we can't wait to give them to the people we feel gratitude for. About the Gratitude Project: In partnership with the City of Calgary, we'll be working with students, creating a community art project centering around Gratitude. These Community Art Projects will be turned into postcards, which the students will send to groups of people they feel gratitude for.
Applications for Jube School in both #YYC and #YEG are NOW OPEN! Teachers, register your class for a 5 Day Program - head to our website at www.jubeschool.com for more information. A weeklong program of personalized, interactive, arts-based learning rooted in elements of each class’ curriculum. Creative explorations in the technical, visual and performing arts will inspire learners and educators to make personal connections in, through and about the arts. Working alongside some of the world’s best teaching artists and technicians, students have a hands-on opportunity to create, reflect, and explore in an environment that supports personal and social growth, empowers practical learning and inspires curiosity that enriches the individual, the class, and our community. Our programs are suitable for Online and HUB learning!

It is helpf...ul anytime but now more than ever there is a need, particularly for youth, experiencing symptoms of overwhelm, anxiety and depression as a result of the pandemic and all the inconsistency and uncertainty surrounding it. - For more information and to apply for Program Bursary with partner Lionheart Foundation register https://www.playpurposeart.com/registration - See more
