Nothing makes me happier than seeing clients thrive and succeed. Especially during tough times. @myofascialmississauga is one of those. They opened their newly... renovated location RIGHT before Covid shut down and I can tell they were missed because I have heard nothing but RAVE REVIEWS from every person I know that has been treated there. Seriously, have you seen their google rating it's 5 star! #brandingheadshot #brandphotography #commercialphotography #threecrownsbranding #oakvillephotography #businessbranding #businessheadshot #smallbusinessphotography #letyourbrandshine #brandyourself #socialmediabranding #oakville #mississauga #southernontario #brandesigner #brandphoto #stockshot #personalbranding #mississauga #toronto

Working From Home? Improper desk setup is a perfect storm of poor ergonomics to create all kinds of issues, most frequently, lower back and neck pain! Here's a few tips on how to setup your desk correctly.... 1. Set you chair height so that your feet can be flat on the floor, knees and hips at 90. Add a footrest if you need to 2. Put your laptop on a stand so that the screen height is at eye level ... 3. Add a wireless keyboard and mouse at elbow height, so that elbows are also at 90 4. Take a break every 30 mins to get up and move, drinking lots of water helps with this *PS: you can find some great laptop stands on Amazon

We welcome our clients to continue to receive treatment and attend classes in our office as long as they feel WELL We will continue with hand hygiene and sanitization of all our spaces and equipment as usual. Since our class sizes are small, as long as we continue to stay well we will service our clients and monitor changes closely. However, since we know there is a need, we have created online offerings to keep you feeling your best over the next few weeks:... 1. 30 minute Video or Phone therapy sessions with our Physiotherapy Team & other practitioners, as they are able, to guide you through self-treatment techniques and exercise prescription until you are able to come back in person 2. Online Movement Therapy classes that you can participate in live, or through a recording to keep your self-care routine strong Our goal is to maintain the momentum and progress with our existing clients who we have established treatment plans with and to support the community around us as much as we can. Keep a look out for our first online class offering starting next week
