Progress update on the modern coach house!

Heating / fresh air system complete thanks to @arcadianprojects @arcticheatpumps @buildingequinox #articheatpumps #buildingequinox #netzerohome #justworkingconstruction .... Will be studying this system over the next 12 months and will report on the efficiency of this setup. Very excited to be zero carbon now to see if we can make it to Net Zero.

Here’s the latest instalment of the modern coach house under construction. Six weeks in, still really impressed with the progress from Just Working Construction Inc. You can really feel the final form and spaces now.

More updates on our modern coach house. For now it will be a garage on half the ground floor and workshop on the other half of the ground and upper floor. In t...he future, zoning permitted, we’d like to convert it to housing with living/ kitchen/ office upstairs and bedrooms & garage downstairs. You can really feel the space now. See more
