We will be happy to offer a tasting portion at 30% discount (on proposed retail price of $13.95). we are also open to modify the recipe based on suggestions.... We will add it to the menu only if we get at least 95% 5 star rating (with at least 30 people trying it).

We tried making a traditional Goan dish called Chicken Xacuti last evening. Chef Vijay Semwal has spent considerable amount of time in Goa and that's where he learned how to make it. We used all the traditional Indian spices + one magic secret spice. All the spices roasted well and the end result came out amazing. (7.0/10) Although we still believe there is room for improvement (The spices granules could be felt while eating). We will be trying to make it even better soon (by making the roasted spice mixture into a thick paste).
