Setting up our tree makes the holidays feel like they have arrived. It’s not fancy, not real this year ( I needed a tree up earlier then normal this year) but it brings our family joy! Add a painting by my sister and a craft both kids made in kindergarten (the wood posts were cut the same size they were, one of my fave items to come from school) and we have the perfect start to Christmas! #limelifeholidaychallenge

I see so many people wondering if network marketing is for them and what it even is. I'm going to give you some insight on things you should know if it's something you're considering or wanting to know more about. I have zero to gain or loss giving you this info. Consider this passing along the goodness that I've experienced in my journey. This is your business. Residual income is huge and incredible.....It's long term. It's a legacy you can leave behind for generations. I...t's work required no matter when you join an opportunity. The grass is greener where YOU WATER IT. Just find that company you want to be involved with (we were ALWAYS products before DS platform , which means a lot) Does the company you're looking at have a mission statement and are they a mission driven company? What does that company stand for? If they don't, you might want to consider what that company cares about. Do they have a greater purpose they are trying to fulfill with the company or are they just interested in making money. (We are so much more than a typical ds - ) Is the company debt free? Let's be honest, things happen. Do you want to be part of a company that owes investors major money? Or do you want to feel more secure joining a company that has zero debt? (We are ) Are the reps paid to recruit? This is a big one! Find out if the reps are paid when they recruit you. Many times companies pay their reps to recruit. Ask yourself what's in it for them and what is that rep's intention of truly recruiting you. Are they just interested in the payout on you joining under them or are they genuinely interested in training you and helping you change your life. (our beauty guides are never paid to recruit! We humbly want you to experience this to your fullest; and want out of it, exactly what you want out of it ) Does the person you sign under get paid on the purchase of your kit to join? Again, ask yourself how you feel about someone making money on you and the required registration fee for joining an opportunity that can change your life. (we do not get paid when you sign up ) CEO’s involvement. Research the CEO(s) of the company. How involved are they? How do the reps of that company speak about them? Are the reps even talking about the CEO's? The involvement and hearts of the people running the company you are joining make a huge difference. Do you want to join a company with owners who never show their face or do you want owners who are involved and actually know what's going.(we have conversations weekly with our CEO! She is real and honest and humble and transparent ) what are the products you will be representing? Are they consumable items? Is it a fad? This is one of the most important things to figure out before you choose a company! You want to be with a company that your customers are going to come back and order again, not just once or twice!
