Crazy I know but I have never ever had a massage until this fall! My girls can't believe it either and shake their head at me...but growing up on a farm, there was only enough for necessities and so massages and manicures were always luxury items to me! Fast forward to this fall, when a good friend of mine started her massage business, Zen Wellness Massage & Esthetics https://www.zenwellnessmassage.com/ in downtown Kamloops and I decided to give it a try! May I just point out... how amazing it was!! Nicole Clay is the owner and not only is she super friendly, but she is an expert at helping you feel calm, relaxed and feeling better! She shares an office space with her friend and partner, Robin Clements who owns Robins Room https://www.robinsroom.online/ and specializes in manicures, pedicures and waxing. Fall pictures are the best!! So glad I was asked to take pictures on this special birthday!! I have known this beautiful family for years and Sophie reminded me that I have now taken October pictures 4 years in a row now! This was her Mom's special birthday and it was a privilege to be there... to top it all off, the colours were amazing! Mothers and daughters have a special bond...

So happy with the James clan who were willing to come up with me and scope out #harpermountain! We love this family and when I knew I had a wedding at Harper, they were my guinea pigs for layout and light! We had a great time checking out the lodge, the mountain and the crazy wood piles all over! With 4 boys and 1 girl, Ryan and Darci stay super busy and not only do they have some darn handsome boys, but Sofia is going to break hearts! A big thank you for being super fun models for me...

So very grateful for a new grandson who is loved by his parents Kevin and Melodie and by his 2 big sisters... our tiny Geordie Gabriel is getting bigger by the minute! Babies are the world's tiniest miracle every day...

Happy Anniversary to our Rebecca and Mason Atwood who celebrated their first year of being married this Sunday....so grateful to have them in our family each and every day!
