Taxpayers in the CVRD enabled this programme as Directors earmarked $50k a few years ago through regional grants in aid for CGC to purchase a van to collect this produce. What an amazing valley we have. cGC has a Refresh store in front of their offices next to the Garage in Duncan where anyone can purchase discounted produce and value added products.
