So this morning I decided to look on yelp with the latest review on Katz Imaging Custom Cakes ......and I am going to share one of the most amazing review that brought me to tears.......thank you thank you thank you for the review and allowing me to create your cake :) Aatayna H. Hamilton, ON... 9/14/2013 I actually don't even know how to thank Kathy enough for the amazing cake that she made for my sister's birthday! I'm aware that custom cakes can be quite expensive and I was compromising A LOT (colours, flavours, size) with other expensive companies and in the end, I might as well have just gone to Fortino's and gotten a cheaper cake that looked just like how they'd make it. Kathy not only has an endless list of the kinds of flavours she has but has many options for what she is able to make besides cakes. She replies quickly, is very flexible and determined to work with whatever you want and aims to work with what you'd like, as well as your budget; I didn't think she was able to make what I wanted, let alone what I wanted within my budget but she took it on and today was proof of her amazing talents! I really thought that it might be too good to be true...someone making a cake exactly as I wanted for a great price, so naturally I was a bit skeptical and would message her pretty much weekly for about 2.5 months and regardless of how annoying that must have been for her, she replied confidently and promptly. But after today, I can't even believe I doubted it all in the first place! Kathy is such a friendly woman and the cake was just exceptional, both in looks and taste. This review doesn't do much justice, you just have to work with Kathy yourself to truly understand what I'm rambling about. All in all, great EVERYTHING and I most definitely will be working with Kathy again :) THANK YOU!

GLUTEN FREE SAY WHAT ?!! Success with my Gluten Free Pizza ..... super yummy and it was crispy and soft in all the right spots ....my daughter was so excited. She ate 3 slices xoxoxo Where does she put all that food ?

Getting ready for another recipe today ....gluten free pizza ....my daughter has been bugging me to make pizza ...so I shall ! I will put pictures up soon. I am so excited to try all these different recipes first and then I will be make a tutorial so you can all try it too

Perfect !!!! Delicious Chocolate Mousse ....gluten free and dairy free ....Yes it is dairy free it is possible !!! Really Creamy and Rich you would never ever guess that it had no dairy in it !!

I had a chance to meet an amazing customer yesterday...he was so cute and his mother. When they saw the cake they started to scream and jump around for joy ....it was amazing to see such a reaction ....and then they said one of the sweetest words ever....."you made it better then I imagined you are amazing ....so hurry up and open up a store front in Mississauga "...and then a tip $$$ ........thank you God for always reminding me to trust in you and to never ever forget not to give up on your dreams , because your day will come......so I guess not only are my friends asking me to come back to Mississauga so are my customer ... ...soon I promise ...soon

Making Chocolate Mousse Pyramids with Chocolate Cake Base and some without. This is the first time ever making chocolate mousse....I am so excited to make them for a special someone that I love so much xoxoxo my hubby !!! Pictures coming soon ...I think I will have to do a tutorial on this one :) .... Guess what not only are they Gluten Free they are dairy free as well ....my daughter will be super excited to try a new gluten free treat.

I am going to start making cake decorating tutorials on youtube as some of you have requested .....I will be sharing some of my cakes and how I created them. As well as tricks and tips and of course how I make my fondant. I was hoping to find out what you would like to learn or see me create ?

Just finished making a cake of a bra and I love it ...but the weird part was a had to rub the breasts really good to form them and make them smooth and all I could do is laugh when my husband was watching me . LOL I love my job ....toooooo funny !!!
