Remember what others present are their best, ideal and perfect picture of what they want you to see. You are wonderful and have the right to celebrate your strengths and gifts. Be your unique self. Celebrate the true you and be proud of yourself

Are you finding that people in your life are taxing your patience? Are you critical of yourself when things don't go as you wish? The key is to learn from those difficult situations and refuse to let them eat you out inside. Don't ruminate on the negative. Learn and move on. It's like learning to ride a bicycle, sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we hit a bump and fall. Don't let those bumps stop you from getting back on and doing your best the next time. Remember and focus on your strengths.
