Effective Tuesday March 31st the Hub will remain closed until further notice, if you have a bike that needs to be picked up please call 778-484-7433 to make arrangements for pick it up. Store hours for Kelowna Cycle on Pandosy will be 11am to 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

With the COVID-19 situation being critical we will be offering to Health Care workers and front-line workers free pickup and delivery of their bicycle repair and priority bookings to offer super quick turnaround times.... This area will be in front of the store and will be clearly marked. Or we can hold the product in the store, and you can pick it up inside.... Bicycle Service: We are here to help you to continue riding and there are options to get your bike to us. We believe bicycle service is a critical aspect of our business and we are committed to making sure your bike is tuned and ready to roll. If your unable to get to the shop or would prefer not to come into the shop here’s 2 alternate ways to get your bike serviced. The safe handling of your bike is the priority of the staff and the following procedures will be strictly adhered to: Upon arrival your bike will be washed and sanitized in our wash bay. Upon delivery of your repair your bike all touch points (grips, seat, frame, consoles) will be wiped down and handlers will use gloves. Method #1: Call in and set up an appointment to have your bicycle picked up by us. We will come, get the bike and take it to the shop. From this point we will get you a quote and upon your approval we will service your bike! *using this method would be subject to a $20.00 assessment fee that would be waived provided the repair is approved and completed. Method #2: Call and set up an appointment for curbside drop off. Come down, call us upon arrival, and we will come out to get the bike from our clearly marked Pick up/Drop off area.

Recognizing the severity of the situation we will be altering the way we do business for the foreseeable future to minimize physical contact. For the sake of physical distancing from here on out the we ask that maintain a safe distance from sales staff and that you respect floor markers which indicate safe distance zones. Dear Friends of Kelowna Cycle, Ride Your Bike. It’s Healthy for you. Your health and safety are important to us.... We are taking all steps and precautions: Your health and safety are our first priority. As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact communities, I want to share some of the steps we are taking to help protect you during your visit to our store. So far, our regular hours of operation haven’t changed but they will be adjusted accordingly if needed. We are taking guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures available. Our staff has increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning, taking extra care to wipe down surfaces like doorknobs, faucets, and touch screens. All bikes go through routine wipe downs after test rides and presentations to customers. We provide daily updates for our staff so they can keep themselves and their families safe and all sick team members must stay home. This is a dynamic situation, and we will continue to respond appropriately as new information is made available. Our service shop is open and ready to get your bike tuned for the spring. All bike repairs start with a wash in our bike wash bay which ensures both the safety of the mechanic and that your bike will be cleaner than when you dropped it off. If you choose to minimize your time in a retail setting, please remember that our website is available with home delivery and free in-store pickup options.
