Recently Chris transferred from our Lexus of Kelowna dealership to the Kelowna Mercedes-Benz parts department. It was his 2 year anniversary with the group over the weekend. Chris is very personable, is always in a good mood with a positive outlook and is a pleasure to be around. He is eager to learn and learns very quickly. He has great attention to detail and processes and we foresee him being successful at anything he chooses/feels he wants to become. Chris is definit...ely an asset to the parts department, even though we've only had the pleasure of having him on the team for 2 weeks so far. Today we have the absolute pleasure of celebrating TWO anniversaries! 8 years ago, Eric and Kip joined the Kelowna Mercedes-Benz sales team and have been unstoppable since the beginning. Eric has been the top sales person six of the eight years he has been with us. He has also been a two-time Mercedes-Benz Canada President Circle recipient. He is a great team player, and is always willing to help. Eric has built a loyal customer base because of his calm and helpful demeanou...r and the team enjoys working with him. Kip was born and raised in West Kelowna and has been a great additon to our team. He provides unparalleled customer service and is always willing to help out his fellow team members. Kip has also been one of the top sales consultants for several years with loyal customers returning multiple times over the years. These two have helped build a strong foundation for not only the sales department but the entire dealership and we look forward to many more years with them. Celebrating a decade!! Yesterday marked 10 years since Jamie joined the parts team. Jamie's dedication and willingness to help out is unparalleled. He shares his knowledge, he works extra hours and shifts when the department needs it, and digs in to figure things out when situations require it. Today we celebrate another 8 year anniversary! We found a lot of great employees in 2012, and today we're recognizing one of our shop team members, technician Regan!
