I can't believe it's been 4 yrs! On this day 4 yrs ago I decided to make a change. I would of never imagined just how much my life has changed. Ok so I've been a little inactive on this page but it's time to get back! Most of you know that we lost my Mother in law over the summer and then school started and kids activities start blah blah blah. Life happens and you get busy or stuck in a rut and it's always hard to get back to your routine. Just cause I'm in the business of Personal Training doesn't mean this doesn't happen to me. I'm just like everyone else, I get busy, I feel stuck, the pounds come back on BUT y...ou just gotta keep on pushing through. Don't get down on yourself, hold your head high and take the first step to feeling better about yourself. A good way to help start is to make yourself a VISION board, put down all your goals(start with short term like 30 days) and place it somewhere in your house that you will see it everyday as a reminder of what you want to achieve. Once you put your mind to it, you WILL be able to achieve it. I am going to make one myself, if anyone wants to join me let me know and we can share our goals together and help each other achieve them! See more

just finished with my 69 yr old client that has knee replacements in both knees.Walking on a treadmill is a struggle for her so she holds on to the bars. She's been scared to let go since we started. Well today she let go(with some hesitation) and walked without holding onto those bars. Sounds like such a little thing, but to her it was HUGE and she overcame her fear. One little step at a time and you can overcome your fears as well. Fight for it and be proud of every little accomplishment you make!!
