Cherries, cherries everywhere! We love making smoothies, just about any time. We made this one with sour cherry juice and coconut milk from our private line, Maryam's. This smoothie is high in vitamin C and coconut milk, but that's not all! Studies have shown drinking cherry juice regularly can increase your sleep by 84 minutes a night.
