Psychodrama is a dynamic framework which uses action methods to directly explore and concretize a client’s experience, while offering creative intervention strategies. This workshop series will expose participants to some of those strategies, offering practical tools that can be taken back into various professional settings such as classrooms, coaching as well as individual, couple, family or group sessions. This is a personal growth opportunity open to all. After attending this workshop, participants will be able to: Identify the basic elements of Psychodrama and Sociometry Implement basic psychodramatic methods in their practice settings

Come join Ananta and I in our online workshop series! Exploring Diversity and Inclusion in Action ... 18 hours of training Racism and Oppression are in and around us, with many of us wanting to explore more deeply what this means to us and our community. This workshop will give us an opportunity to do so while we engage in critical reflections on the meanings and experiences of diversity and inclusion we have, and explore actions we may undertake in our lives and work for our individual and collective wellbeing. The participants will get opportunities to practice some of the basic techniques of psychodrama, sociometry and sociodrama, while exploring this important social justice issue.
