With rising cases and concerns of the Omicron variant in Kingston, we have made the decision to cancel public Christmas Trolley Tours for the remainder of this year. As confident as we are in our team’s ability to provide a safe experience on board, the decision to cancel public departures is in our guests' best interest, so close to Christmas, with self-isolation requirements now very strict in our community. Guests with existing reservations will receive an e-mail from us ...with further detail soon. We will continue to safely offer private tours for groups already in contact. We are grateful for your excitement toward this holiday experience and we hope next season brings better prospect to welcome you aboard.

Last night we took our team out on the town to experience the Christmas Trolley Light Tour. It started to snow just as we were departing, making it a very festive and cozy ride. We hope to see you onboard! This 75-min experience includes Christmas music, fabulous views and good fun for all. Santa may not be at the wheel, but you do get a jolly trolley guide! Following today’s Provincial announcement of a four-week shutdown in Ontario, we will not be operating Kingston Trolley Tours as planned in April. Guests booked on affected tours will be contacted directly. We remain focused on the health and safety of our #ygk community, and we look forward to resuming operations when the time is right. Trolley Tours begin on Saturday, April 3rd: a chance for locals and their individual household to explore #ygk. 1hr City Tours depart at 1pm and 3pm on Sat/Sun/Mon of the Easter weekend and on select dates in April. We're excited to bring the Trolley out of hibernation in April for the now-April school break. 1-hour City Tours will be available at 1pm and 3pm on weekends and during break week. With a community focus on staying local over the holidays we hope to help you and your household discover your own backyard in Kingston. We will resume operations with a renewed focus on the safety and well-being of our community with the following measures: reduced capacity, physical distancing, f...requent cleaning of high-touch surfaces, active screening at boarding and a mask requirement. Here's a safe activity for the kids on Halloween: join us for a family-friendly version of our Ghost & Mystery tour on Saturday, October 31st. The stories are a little less spooky but no less fun! You're in for a ride on the Ghost & Mystery Trolley this fall. Hear stories of historical figures, spirits and sightings as we travel to some of the most haunted places in #ygk.
