Happy Friday! With the beautiful weather this week we are near finished De-hilling and Unburying the vines here at KIN. Thank you so much to our amazing team! What an amazing process to see and learn about. Here is some info! De-hilling is the removal of the soil mound around the tied down vines .This is done with the tractor blade. Unburying of the vines is done by pulling on the tie-down wire to release the vine canes from the earth.... Curbside pickup is available at the vineyard! - order online, and come on over to the tasting room to pick it up. All transactions are conducted fully outdoors therefore for those who want to purchase on the spot will be able to do so. Unfortunately we will not serve any tastings or wines by the glass, attendance in the vineyard is exclusively to pick up bottles and your orders.
