#Budget2021 is a historic investment to address the wounds of the #COVID19 recession, put people first, create jobs, grow the middle class, set businesses on a track for long-term growth, and ensure that our future will be healthier, more equitable, greener, and more prosperous.

As we fight this virus with everything we have, we must also ensure a recovery that builds back better for everyone. That means creating more good jobs, growing the middle class, supporting families, taking climate action, and investing in health care. Federal Budget at 400 pm.

One year ago, 22 Canadians were senselessly killed and three more were injured when a gunman went on a rampage in small towns across Nova Scotia. On this solemn anniversary, we hold the victims in our hearts and honour their memory. Our support for Nova Scotia remains unwavering.
