PLEASE READ THIS POST FOR NEW OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES: 1) Each client will be screened over the phone the day before their appointment, as well as the day of prior to entering the clinic. 2) Each client will wait in their vehicle until the therapist is ready for their appointment. The therapist will inform the client by phone call when they can enter the clinic.... 3) Each client will need to wash their hands for 20 seconds or use the hand sanitizer provided when entering the clinic. 4) Each client will be required to wear a face mask during their appointment. If the client does not have their own face mask, a disposable face mask will be provided for the duration of their appointment. 5) Once the session is complete the client must wash their hands or sanitize prior to leaving the clinic. 6) We ask you pay with debit or credit at this time. Talk with your therapist in advance if this is an issue. 7) We ask that only the client attending the session enters the clinic unless a caregiver is required for assistance or client is a minor. We are pleased to announce that our Clinic will be opening once the province reaches Alert Level 3. This is anticipated to be June 8th! Hi everyone! We hope to re-open the clinic at Alert 3 once we have all necessary equipment to do so safely. Once we have finalized a date we will post here to let you know and you can call or message to make an appointment. In the meantime, we are offering Telehealth appointments if you have questions regarding an injury, require exercise prescriptions or need general physiotherapy advice. Hi everyone! There has been a lot of rapid changes over the past few days regarding COVID-19. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to close our clinic at this time.
