Sharing this beautiful memory of Nestor Kelba and his lovely wife Ellen 2-stepping in front of the main lodge at the 2016 Kiwanis Apple Festival. Nestor passed away yesterday at the age of 84. Nestor was the former director (1966-1972) and manager (1994-2012) at Kamp Kiwanis. He left an amazing legacy and our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to the Kelba Family.

We had 8 submissions for our Kiwanis Apple Festival Online Colouring Contest and they were all so beautiful and colourful! Thank you everyone who participated. We did a draw for the winner and Amir was the lucky contestant and new owner of a colouring kit from @crafternoonyyc Remember we still have our Online Apple Photo Contest for amateur photographers ages 17 & under going on until October 15th, so get your apple-themed photos in by then to be entered to win.
