We will be posting completed jobs from earlier this year over the next couple weeks. Between busy work and family lives, we are a little behind in updates Here we have a front entrance we completed. The original step overlay and the wood pillar were not holding up well to the test of time. We tore everything out and replaced it with Permacon's Mondrian slabs and Laffitt wall and caps in Margaux beige. We also replaced the rotting wood pillar with a new pressure treated core, wrapped in western red cedar. Let us know what you think. We had a productive day yesterday and got a good start on the patio. We are installing the patio on Alliance's Gator base tiles, which replaces traditional packed gravel bases. We have used it many times over the past five years with excellent results. The patio is Techo-bloc's Blu slate slabs in Chestnut brown with a Shale grey soldier course. We got the field of Chestnut brown in place yesterday, and we will be finishing up with the Shale grey soldier course today. Stay tuned for the finished patio.
