Hello everyone! As most of K&M Characters customers know when lockdown started we had to cancel all of our events and rentals. The time off has allowed us some time to reflect and adjust to what is becoming the new normal.... We are excited to come back in September with a new location in Bath, ON. With the move comes a line up of new characters we've been working hard to create. Because of COVID-19 we have had to change how K&M Characters works. Going forward we will no longer be renting out our costumes to customers. Instead we will be renting out our characters with a flat hourly rate. These costumes will be worn by our team of actors, all actors will be screened and tested for Covid-19, and will be taking every precaution directed by the health unit. In addition characters that attend events will be taken out of circulation and isolated for a total of 5 days before being available for customers. We look forward to our reopening and thank all of our loyal clients for staying in touch during this time!

Frozen 2 is coming to the theatres next month. K&M is very excited to welcome someone new next month just in time.

Brandy was the winner of our back to school giveaway! It was this guy's first debut, and he had two parties in one day. It's so good to hear her son's party was a success.

We've been listening to the input of our customers, and although we are based in Tweed and have always offered local delivery options we have expanded our reach. We will now open up delivery options to all of Hastings County and the city of Belleville The price of a rental remains 50$ per costume, but a delivery fee will now be based on locations. To keep our bookings and deliveries running smoothly we will now be emending the length of rentals based on the location of delive...ries, as each customer's needs are different. We are working on adding super heros and princesses to our fold, and are currently working out logistics and lisences, but are confident we can add these new characters before the fall. With the good news comes the bad, we now require a deposit within 48 hours of a booking, but will honor a refund should a customer cancell within 12 hours. We also can no longer rent our costumes to new clients whose financial treasurers are unable to issue or accept security deposits. - K&M Characters
