*7 Days of Home Workouts - Day 7* A day late on this one guys, so my apologies! Had a fitness test of my own yesterday so I decided to give my aching body a break until this morning. I finished this home workout set off with a short and hard leg session of my own creation. Named after the manly-leg-obsessed legend himself Johnny Drama, this workout is a sprint from start to finish, without much time for rest. No scaling this one - just fight through the pain and pumped out t...he reps! Drama WOD 50 Jumping Lunges 50 Calf Raises 50 Jumping Squats 50 Calf Raises 50 Air Squats 50 Calf Raises For a little extra fun during the workout, every minute on the minute you will do 5 Burpees. One minute rest once final calf raise is completed, then right into: Max Time Wall Sit Your score is the time it took you to finish all the prescribed work - your wall sit time. I scored 8:08 today. *7 Days of Home Workouts - Day 6* Rise and shine and happy Saturday! After a long week of hard workouts, I figured I'd celebrate the weekend with a good core shredder. Made up of 4 moves in a pyramid rep scheme, this one may be harder than it looks! Look for the scaled options if some of the moves look too difficult or the reps seem a bit daunting. 1/2/3/4/5/6/5/4/3/2/1... One-legged Burpees (each leg) High Plank With Twist (each side) Sphinx Push Ups Walkouts No set rest between exercises, 1 minute between sets. Intermediate: Rep Scheme of 1/2/3/4/3/2/1 Beginner: 1/2/3/4/5/6/5/4/3/2/1 Burpees Supermans Push Ups Walkout (to High Plank Position) Tried to switch things up a bit today, so let me know what you think!

*7 Days of Home Workouts - Day 5* Fridays are for Hero Workouts. Saved the hardest test of the week to go into the weekend with, so I hope everyone has some energy left for this one. Named after Sgt. Zachary Tellier, who was killed on Sept. 29th, 2007, while on ground patrol in Afghanistan, this workout is a grind meant to honour a fallen soldier, so leave everything out there. Not much advice needed for this one, other than to just put your head down and battle. It's going t...o hurt!
