Hiros Soy Sauce is a blend of soy sauce and water steeped with Japanese pickled plum that is boiled with kombu kelp and bonito fish flakes. This process results in a soy sauce with a mild aroma and 30% less salt compared to regular soy sauce. Use as a dipping sauce to enhance the delicate and subtle taste of sushi and sashimi. It can also be used to replace regular soy sauce in any recipe. We put the Japanese armor for Japanese childrens day Japanese childrens day... Kodomo-no-hi is Childrens Day. It is celebrated on May 5. Kodomo-no-hi was established by the National Holidays Law, which was enforced in1948. Kodomo-no-hi is one of the holidays which make up Golden Week. Until after World WarII, Kodomo-no-hi was called "Tango-no-sekku", Boys festival. This day was celebrated in order to wish the healthy growth of the boys in the family. Koinobori (carp streamers) ,the symbol of strength and courage, were flown outside and miniature suits of armor were displayed inside the house in hope of healthy growth of the boys. - Experience the best - http://kotobuki.ca/ #Hirosushi #Kotobuki #Kakuuchi #Renovation #grandopening #Japanese #lifestyle #food
KOTOBUKI PRODUCT SAMEKAWA-OROSHI... Oroshigane ( or ?, grating metal) are graters used in Japanese cooking. These oroshigane differ significantly from Western-style graters, as they produce a much finer grating. Traditionally, these graters were tin-coated copper plates with many small spikes gouged out of the metal, but no actual perforations through the metal. These graters are still considered the best and are used by professional chefs. For preparing wasabi and yamaimo, graters with the surface made from shark skin were exclusively used. - Experience the best - http://kotobuki.ca/ #Hirosushi #Kotobuki #Kakuuchi #Renovation #grandopening #Japanese #lifestyle #food
