Happy World Plumbing Day To celebrate today, here are some common myths in the plumbing world: MYTH: Store bought drain cleaners are the best way to get rid of a clog. ... FACT: These chemical cleaners may remove the clog, but they also corrode your pipes eventually causing a lot more harm than good! MYTH: As long as you are running water down the garbage disposal, you can put anything down there. FACT: Anything that is not a food item should not go down a garbage disposal. Some things that should not be going down your garburator are egg shells, bones, coffee grounds, and grease. MYTH: If the package says it’s flushable, it’s okay to flush. FACT: Nothing should be going down your toilet except for our bodily functions and toilet paper. (Some of the things we’ve fished toilets would be shocking!) Are you surprised by any of these?! Meet the Worker Wednesday Hi, I’m Chelsea and I’m the voice behind the phone and organizer of all the things! Here’s a couple things about me:... -I work from home and that allows me to stay home with my toddler, go to work in my PJ’s and not have to leave my house (I’m a hermit) -I love all animals. I currently have baby chicks in my office on the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, chickens, bunny, 2 dogs and a couple cats. (Working on llamas again!) -I went to school in the states to play hockey and softball but moved home after blowing my knee out the first weekend I came home for the summer -In my spare time, I sew a lot and I love to garden (I also have an addiction to house plants!) -I am actually a trained ECE but made the switch to book keeping when I was pregnant with Rhett I hope you are all staying warm Call us at 204-745-8787 if you need us
