Kriska is hiring a Driver Service Representative (DSR) to join us at our Prescott terminal. The DSR is the link between Kriska drivers, Dispatch, Customers and U.S. / Canada border services. They monitor drivers and trucks to ensure that freight arrives safely on time by managing Customs paperwork, driver schedules and hours-of-service. A Kriska DSR is a detail-oriented problem-solver with exceptional interpersonal skills. Responsibilities for this position include: Be the ma...in point of contact between the driver and all Kriska departments. Process Customs paperwork in time for the driver's arrival at the border. Manage driver work schedule. Work with the Kriska Safety Department to address driver safety concerns and training. Driver performance coaching. Conduct annual driver performance reviews. Develop, implement, and maintain procedures to comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency. Some after-hours and weekend shifts. What you bring to Kriska: Knowledge of the transportation industry. Canada / U.S. Customs experience. An approachable listener with motivational skills. Excellent problem-solver with strong attention to detail. College diploma or university degree, or equivalent experience Effective negotiating and problem-solving skills Excellent computer skills Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
