I hate to say it but "winter is coming." Don't forget to do your due diligence.

My clients were looking to change around the main focal point of this Great room. We removed the existing stone, dismantled all the framing, removed the old fireplace and installed a new high efficiency wood burning fireplace. We were able to add in an air return for the loft area upstairs as well to make it a little more comfortable. Huge thanks to Troy Prosser @troy_613 for his excellent stone work.

Covid has caused lots of setbacks and after what felt like forever the @trexcompany arrived. It's nice having understanding clients! I'm very happy with how everything turned out. More to come on the same property! @ Carleton Place, Ontario

I was able to turn an old, poorly layed out basement into a great open space with 9' ceilings (even in the added bathroom!). @ Carleton Place, Ontario

Exterior is all fixed up. We were able to use the hidden electrical box as an outside GFI. Client is going to paint over the weekend. Deck starts Monday! Not a big job but a proper job

Just finished up a fun little job. Replaced the old cast iron underground that was causing drainage issues with a new ABS underground and added Sanitary Backwater Valve. Reinstated the tile, removed an old shower that wasn't being used to extend the storage area. New tile in the bathroom with a new pedistal and water closet.

Removed a deck that was not very old. It was not installed properly and caused some rot. Luckily we were able to get to it before it caused any major structural damage. Also a couple hidden electrical surprises

Like many, covid-19 put a hold on things and I'm happy to say I am back. @ Kanata, Ontario

My client came to me wanting to add a bathroom in the basement for her son who was returning home. We worked within her budget and timeline and I was able to give her this wonderful 2pc bathroom/laundry room. I left an area unfinished with a plumbing rough-in for a future tub/shower install. @ Ottawa, Ontario

Drywall sanding 101. Proper PPE. Think about what this stuff can do to your lungs! When I used to work in new construction it would boggle my mind that guys and girls that would be sanding without a mask or glasses on. Work smart and safe!

The reason I am where I am today. One believes in me and one looks up to me. They are the reason why I work so hard and love what I do. #KSARenovations

This basement bathroom/laundry room has come a long way in a few weeks. I am only a one man crew so perfection takes time! @ Ottawa, Ontario

My labourers aren't very good helpers. They are pretty cute though.

Would you like to add another bathroom to your house? The basement is always a good spot! Had to rearrange the layout for the washer/dryer to still fit. Chipped the old concrete floor and added the 3pc along with a 2" drain for the washing machine. Also put in a new floor drain with trap seal primer to bring the drainage up to code. Poured new concrete and left some room for self leveller to finish it off. @ Ottawa, Ontario
