For The Easy Eating Diet, always have a plan A and plan B for most meals. Simplicity gives you sustainability, with just enough variety. For me, lunch is usually leftovers from dinner or for times there isn't any left from us 4 savages, it's eggs and fruit. Either or, they both are delicious and nutritious meals in minutes, so I can get on with my day. What's your favorite plan A and B meals?

STEAKHOUSE SKILLET CHEESEBURGER MEATBALLS Recipe from The Easy Eating Diet Cookbook available on Amazon: Ingredients 2 lbs lean ground beef... 1 egg 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 2 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano Salt and black pepper, to taste 1 Tbsp water 3 Tbsp steak sauce 5 slices thin pre-sliced old cheddar cheese, each cut in 4 small squares Instructions Mix all the ingredients, except the cheese, together in a mixing bowl. With wet hands, roll the mixture into 12-15 golf ball-size meatballs. Heat a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook 12 to 14 minutes, turning frequently to brown on all sides, to an internal temperature of 160F. Remove from heat. Add 3 tablespoons steak sauce and the water, and gently stir to coat. Top each meatball with a small cheese square and cover pan for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Insert a toothpick in each meatball and serve. Yields 12-15 meatballs. 4-6 servings. Gluten-Free. Low Carb See more

Cool Costco find! Parmesan Cheese Wraps! Low in carbs, high in protein and taste!
With the announcement yesterday regarding having to wear masks in "most public places", with so much confusion already floating around, I just got official clarity and communication from the Government of NB in regards to our specific operations at KV FIT as a private member-based fitness studio. Everyone will now be required to wear masks at KV FIT but ONLY upon entering, exiting and in common room areas like our waiting room kitchen, hallways and consultation office. You ar...e NOT required to wear a mask DURING our workouts at KV FIT, which includes our warm-up, main circuit, finisher, and cool-down stretches. (which I know makes a lot of us happy!) But if you feel more comfortable wearing one at all times, that's totally cool and your choice, just listen to your body. We continue to monitor any official Government health and safety recommendations, mandates and maintain our Socially Safe and Covid Care Cleaning systems to the highest standard at KV FIT. Because we know how valuable maintaining your health and fitness routine is for your physical strength, your mental/social health, and your immune system during this new normal in which live, and we all have to adapt to for a good while. We are all in this together to stay #KVFITSTRONG! I hope this gives you clarity and confidence moving forward with your fitness this fall at KV FIT Sean Barker KV FIT PS. Here is the official reply to me below from the Government concerning this recent update. "Masks are now mandatory in all indoor public spaces in New Brunswick. Public places include in regards to your question: places for sports and recreational activities, including gyms, yoga studios, pools, etc. (except during physical activity) Previously developed operational plans continue to apply. Masks are not required to be worn by individuals while participating in an organized sport or fitness activity, however they must be worn at all other times, including coming and going, in common areas, hallways, etc."

Protein Packed Pumpkin Seeds! An annual tradition when carving pumpkins with the kids for Halloween! They are packed with protein, healthy fat, vitamins and minerals and perfect to satisfy that crunchy munchy salt and snack tooth. ... Scoop them out, toss seeds in a bowl of water to clean easily from pumpkin strands as seeds float to the top pat dry and toss in olive oil, sea salt, pepper, garlic and Chilli powder. Place on baking tray in oven at 350F for 30 mins. Cool and enjoy a tasty treat
