Lake Trail Community Middle School families! LTCES is offering a FREE program for LTCMS students, where youth go home with a kit including a recipe card and all the ingredients required to create a healthy meal for four people. Students are encouraged to make, or assist, with supper preparation. We are aiming for 60 kits p/ week and would love to get them all distributed! Families are encouraged to sign up for both dates, if they wish. ... Mediterranean Veggie Pasta - Nov. 25. This easy zesty pasta is packed with flavour and can be easily changed to suit your tastes.
