On #WorldMentalHealthDay, we are highlighti...ng Carefor’s Let’s Get Together (LGT) Club, which is a unique local mental health support group for older adults living with or at risk of mental illness. For many, this program is their lifeline. During this time of heightened social isolation, Carefor staff are still reaching out to our LGT clients, ensuring they’re safe and connected.
