Certainly a rough patch coming to the real estate markets, but some markets will see more or less favorable results ... Hearing several large corporations moving permanently to work from home model which will lead to big struggle in urban real estate - office space is certainly going grow as companies downsize in office staff, this will likely lead to further price depreciation of residential units in urban settings as more workers move away from the convenience of high priced real estate in city to more affordable and lifestyle oriented smaller cities and towns where they can work from home.
